Importance Of B.Ed

At B.Ed and D.El.Ed College in Ujjain, we strive to develop in each student a positive attitude towards teaching profession, positive self concept and an enthusiasm for self learning. The college offers a variety of programs and learning opportunity for students and teacher. Pursuing a B. Ed. course not only teaches you to inculcate good teaching skills but also how to the work in the administrative aspect of an education system. The course curriculum teaches prospective teachers how to play their part in making a healthy education structure.

After this degree, you become efficient in teaching subjects of your specialization on the basis of accepted principles of learning and teaching and develops your skills and widens your understanding so that you can impart quality education and makes you skilled in coming up with innovative teaching techniques.

ELIGIBILITY

• Aspiring students should have passed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
• Students need to appear in an entrance test conducted by the states educational bodies

FEES

• Fees for B.Ed : Rs.35000/- per year

SCHOLARSHIP

• This scholarship is applicable to the students belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category. The scholarship is administered by the Government of Madhya Pradesh based on annual income of the family. Students with family income below Rs. 3,00,000/- are eligible to apply.

• Attested photocopy of permanent caste certificate.
• Original income certificate / attested photocopy of income certificate.
• Attested photocopy of domicile certificate.
• Attested photocopy of all mark sheets.
• Attested photocopy of gap certificate.
• Attested photocopy of admission slip
• Declaration by family and student(Format available in college)
• Candidates must have Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2.
